Thank you for choosing WeJob to elevate your o nline presence! To ensure a smooth and efficient start, we need some key details and access to essential platforms based on the service plan you’ve selected.

Please review the requirements below and provide the necessary information so we can begin working on your project right away.

  • For Digital Marketing Services

Before we dive into execution, we need to understand your business, audience, and goals. Please provide the required information using this form.

  • Social Media Access Requirements

Depending on the service(s) you selected, please grant us access to the relevant social media accounts so we can begin implementing your strategy effectively.

To ensure a safe and secure way for us to manage your social media accounts without compromising your passwords, we use 1Password, a secure vault that protects your login credentials.

Add Your Social Media Logins to the Vault

  1. Provide us with the email you’d like to access with to your vault.
  2. We will send you an email invitation to create your 1Password account.
  3. Open the email and click “Activate Your Account.”
  4. You will be redirected to 1Password’s sign-up page.
  5. Skip any optional extensions and proceed to create your account by entering:
  • Your Name
  • A secure password for 1Password
  1. Generate your Secret Key (this is important for account recovery).
  2. Download and save the PDF containing your Secret Key.
  3. Click “Next” to finalize your account setup.

We Confirm Your Vault Access

  1. Once you’ve created your account, we will receive a notification to confirm your access.
  2. We will approve your vault, and you will then see your own project vault inside 1Password.

Add Your Social Media Logins to the Vault

  1. Inside your project’s vault, click “New Item” and select “Login” or “Password.”
  2. Enter your social media credentials for each platform you are providing access to:
  • Platform Name (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Username or Email
  • Password
  • Website URL of the social media platform (e.g., https://tiktok.com)
  • Click “Save.”
  • Email Marketing Access (If Included in Your Plan)

If your service plan includes email marketing, please provide access to your email marketing platform. Instructions for each platform as found below. Make sure that you assign you a role where we have access to integrations, analytics, and email campaign creation so we can properly set up your campaigns.

To track performance, please provide access to: Google Analytics. Please provide admin access to your account adding our email tech@WeJob.org

  • Google Ads Access (If Included in Your Plan)

If you have a Google Ads campaign, please provide admin access to your account adding our emailtech@WeJob.org

If you don’t know how to complete this step, follow these instructions:

  • Facebook Ads Manager Access (If Included in Your Plan)

If your plan includes paid advertising on Facebook & Instagram, grant us access via Meta Business Manager using the Partners Access; our business ID: 400669423839089

If your plan includes website design or development, we need access to the following:

  • Your website’s admin panel (CMS login). You may create a user as admin depending on the builder you’re using.

  • Hosting and domain details (if applicable)

If your service includes Search Engine Optimization (SEO), we require access to:

  • Google Analytics (To track search performance)

  • Website Admin Panel (For on-site optimizations)

  • Google Search Console

  • Bing Search Console

These tools allow us to analyze website traffic, improve rankings, and optimize your SEO strategy.
